1. Agreement

These terms apply to baby.asixsites.com and to the AIBabyUS service, operated by ASIX AI INC, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). The service is for businesses, mainly 3D/4D ultrasound studios ("you"). By requesting samples or ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

You send us ultrasound images; we create AI portraits and, if ordered, videos, and deliver them within the stated turnaround, usually 1–2 business days. We make many versions and hand-pick the best one. If an image cannot produce a good result, we tell you instead of charging for a weak one.

3. What the portraits are

Portraits and videos are artistic AI interpretations of the ultrasound and keepsakes. They are not medical images and do not guarantee an exact likeness of the baby. Please present them to your clients this way.

4. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have your clients' permission to send us their images for this purpose, and you do not send us client names or other identifying details with the images. You are responsible for how you offer and price the service to your clients.

5. Prices and payment

Current prices are shown on this site (photo $13.99, video $19.99, volume discounts available). Free samples are free. We invoice for completed orders; payment terms are agreed with each studio. We may change prices for future orders with notice.

6. Your files and white label

Once an order is paid, you may use the delivered files and pass them to your clients, with your own branding. We do not add our watermark. We do not use your clients' images or portraits in our marketing without permission from you and the parents.

7. No warranties, limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Please contact us first with any issue: most are solved by a short message.
