Questions studios ask
What kind of scans work best?
3D, 4D or HDlive images where the baby’s face is turned toward the probe and isn’t covered by hands, the cord or the placenta. Send the whole set from the session and we’ll choose the best frame.
How fast will I get the results?
Within 1–2 business days of receiving the scans. Revisions usually come back the same or the next business day.
What if the parents don’t like it?
We redo it, as many times as needed, at no extra cost. If a scan truly can’t give a good result, we’ll tell you honestly instead of sending something weak.
Will my clients see your name anywhere?
No. Files come clean or with your logo. There is no AIBabyUS watermark or link, ever.
Is the portrait an exact likeness?
It’s an AI interpretation of the scan and a keepsake, not a medical image. Many parents say it looked very close to their newborn, but we can’t promise an exact likeness.
How do we send scans and pay?
Most studios send scans by email or WhatsApp. We invoice you for the portraits and videos you order, so there’s nothing to pay upfront. Volume discounts apply automatically.
What do you do with the images?
We use them only to make your order. We don’t sell them or use them in our marketing without the parents’ permission, and we delete them on request.
