1. Who we are

AIBabyUS (baby.asixsites.com) creates AI baby portraits and videos from ultrasound images for 3D/4D ultrasound studios. It is operated by ASIX AI INC, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site and while providing our service, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

From the sample request form: your studio name, your name, phone number, email and, if you add them, your website or Instagram, city and number of sessions per month.

Images you send us: ultrasound images and related notes (for example, the preferred skin tone) that a studio sends us to make an order, and the portraits and videos we create from them. We ask studios not to send names or other details of their clients with the images.

Messages: what you write to us by email or WhatsApp.

Visits: anonymous information about how the site is used, described in section 3.

3. Cookies and analytics

We may use Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate and as anonymized replays, how visitors use this page (clicks, scrolling). Text typed into form fields is masked. Clarity sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and device information; Microsoft may use this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity does not load if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or after you opt out below. We keep a random visitor ID and the campaign label from the link you followed in your browser's local storage. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.

4. How we use it

• to reply to your request, send free samples and talk to you about working together, including by WhatsApp;
• to create, deliver and revise the portraits and videos your studio orders, and to invoice for them;
• to contact ultrasound studios by email about our service, with an easy way to opt out;
• to improve our site and service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We use the images you send only to make your order. We do not sell them, and we do not use them or the portraits in our marketing without the permission of the studio and the parents.

5. Who processes it for us

• Google (Firebase Hosting and Cloud Firestore): hosting this site and storing form requests;
• Meta (WhatsApp) and our email providers: messages with you;
• Telegram: internal notifications to our team about new requests;
• AI image and video providers we use to generate the portraits and videos;
• Microsoft (Clarity) and Google Fonts: see section 3.

6. How long we keep it

We keep scans and finished files only as long as we need them to deliver the order, and we delete them sooner on request. We keep business contact details and invoices as long as we work together and as required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

Write to kirill@asixsites.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to stop receiving messages from us. We answer within 30 days. California residents may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information.

8. Not a medical service

Our portraits and videos are keepsakes created by AI. They are not medical images and must not be used for diagnosis.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
